Credentialing Requirements - Board Certification: Required
- License: Must hold a valid KY medical license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
- Certifications:
- Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.
Support & Resources - Collaborative practice model with:
- 1 RN
- 1 Medical Assistant
- 1 PA/NP
- 1 Office Staff member
- Access to an EMR System: MediTech
